("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. By accessing and using stockTracker Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on stockTracker Pro for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on stockTracker Pro
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

In no event shall stockTracker Pro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on stockTracker Pro, even if stockTracker Pro or a stockTracker Pro authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on stockTracker Pro could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. stockTracker Pro does not warrant that any of the materials on its site are accurate, complete, or current. stockTracker Pro may make changes to the materials contained on its site at any time without notice.

stockTracker Pro has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by stockTracker Pro of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and the Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
