How does wash sale detection work?

Available on the Premium plan, stockTracker Pro automatically scans your closed trades for wash sales per IRS rules (repurchase within 30 days before or after a loss). Flagged wash sales are highlighted in your tax reports with adjusted cost basis.

Is stockTracker Pro available on iOS or web?

stockTracker Pro is available on Android and the web. The web app at app.stocktrackerpro.com gives you full access to all features from any browser — same account, same data. An iOS version is on our roadmap.

How often do prices refresh?

Free refreshes every 60 minutes, Standard every 5 minutes, and Premium every 1 minute for near real-time data. All tiers see the latest price on manual refresh.

Question 6

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Premium to Standard or Free, features beyond your tier become read-only. Your trades, history, and settings are all preserved. Upgrade again anytime to regain full access.
