Last updated: May 26, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Anius Technology Services Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and operator of stockTracker Pro, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and safeguards your personal information when you use our website and mobile applications.
Our handling of personal information is governed by the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, including Quebec's Law 25.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Information You Provide:
- Account registration details (name, email, password)
- Trading and portfolio data (trades, transactions, broker credentials)
- Subscription and billing information
- Communication preferences and support requests
Information Collected Automatically:
- Device information (type, OS, browser)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
- IP address and location data
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing and maintaining our Service
- Processing transactions and sending account notifications

- Improving and optimizing our Service
- Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud and security issues

4. Broker Integration & Third-Party Access
stockTracker Pro may integrate with third-party brokers to import your trading data. When you connect your broker account:
- You authorize us to access your trading history and account information for the purpose of importing it into the App
- Where supported, we use OAuth tokens issued by the broker rather than storing your broker password. Where credentials must be stored, they are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
- All data transmission uses TLS/HTTPS encryption
- You can revoke access at any time through your account settings; revocation takes effect immediately and the related credentials/tokens are deleted within 24 hours
5. Data Security & Storage Location
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, role-based access control, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Storage location: Your personal information is stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in the United States (US-East-1 region). By using the Service, you understand and consent that your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where it may be subject to U.S. law-enforcement and national-security requests. We have appropriate contractual safeguards in place with AWS.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
